A new page for Bearwest and one that we felt was needed - especially with all that seems to be going on in the City.

BBB Bristol Bear Bar NOW OPEN

It's open - and what a bar it is - it's something different and is what Bristol needed - a kick up the arse big time as far as the Bear scene goes - there was a fantastic atmosphere on opening night and it was packed out with loads of Bears .... and the curious, from early evening right through to the early hours! The music was fantastic - a mix of old high camp and new stuff all on the video screens positioned around the bar! It was also great to see some faces we've not seen out for a while and loads of new ones too - people came from as far as Cardiff, Milton Keynes, London and beyond as well!

Now it's open, bar owners Gareth and John are looking to keep it fresh with various events being planned for the future months - again something that on the bar scene in Bristol is quite rare - so with BBB now open and with Come To Daddy moving soon to the brand new Retreat bar (should be open towards the end of October) - we have a brand new scene coming on for us all with more choice and new venues and a fresh vibrant outlook.

BearWest members discount card latest

The BearWest discount card is now ready. The details are on the link to the top left on this and other pages on the site. But to whet your appetites, the card is FREE, membership is FREE (all you have to do is put a profile on this site and come out every now and then to BearWest meets and the other things going on in Bristol.)
