Well, we're here at the start of what will be the last year of us doing what we do - by the end of 2012 BearWest will have been running for more than 5 years, we'd have put together 19 Bear weekends over 9 years and in October for it's second Birthday (and our penultimate night) there will have been 25 Bear Factory nights.

By early December the BearWest will have closed and Bear Factory will finish .... however, we certainly don't want to see the end of any of the weekend events - so is there anyone out there who wants to take them on?

They are getting bigger and busier all the time so you'll need to enlist a few reliable friends - people who amongst other things can put together a website and set up online ticket sales, promote the events and spend a LOT of spare time co-ordinating venues and events across the various weekends.
